"Intended Parents" is a film that follows a Black millennial couple as they embark on a journey to grow their family through surrogacy. In a unique twist, one partner identifies as a transgender woman, adding layers of complexity to their quest for parenthood. The couple grapples with the challenges of challenging outdated norms and opinions from their circle of loved ones.
